Joe Hutchinson aka Joe Normal was in the glam rock/punk pop band The Zeros with brother Jimmy aka "Mr. Insane". The brothers went on to focus their own songwriting as The Hutchinsons from '92-'98 with bassist Glenn Hayes. When Jimmy and Joe parted ways in 1998, Joe adopted the name Hutch and went on to release 4 albums with drummer Thom Sullivan and Hayes on bass.
